Executive coaching is designed for senior professionals who want to enhance their leadership effectiveness and decision-making skills. It develops your strategic thinking, team management, and executive presence to accelerate your career progression and impact. Career coaching is a process that helps individuals identify and achieve their career goals through various techniques such as skills assessment, job search strategies, and career development planning. I find that many of my clients want and need both aspects at different stages.


My executive coaching programmes are four-figure amounts reflecting the personalised, research-based approach and substantial outcomes my clients achieve. Most clients see this as an investment in their leadership development that supports their career and builds long-term purpose and fulfilment.


The most effective programs run 3-6 months, allowing time for real behavioural change that reduces stress and achieves sustainable results. This isn't about quick fixes - it's about developing lasting leadership capabilities that serve you throughout your executive journey. Some people carry on to 12 months because the outcomes are so effective.


Our coaching is specifically designed to integrate with your workflow without causing business interruption. I offer flexible 60-minute sessions that fit around your busy calendar and focus on real-time application to your current challenges.  


Look for ICF accreditation for the highest standards - I'm an ICF ACC level. I also hold an MBA and a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School, and experience working with executives in many industry sectors.  


We begin with a 30-45 minute introductory call, during which I ask open-ended questions, such as "What brings you to coaching?" to understand your specific needs and determine if we're a good fit. There's no pressure - it's about ensuring our approach aligns with your goals.
