Executive Coaching for Senior Leaders
Senior leadership is demanding.
You’re expected to deliver results, make complex decisions, navigate personalities, hold the pressure — and still be a calm, visible, strategic leader.
You don’t need another leadership cliché or training course..
You need a focused, personalised and honest space to think clearly, challenge your assumptions, and strengthen how you lead.
I work with senior managers, heads of department, directors and executives across private and public sectors who want to step up without burning out: to lead with more confidence, clarity and impact in environments where expectations are high and time is tight.
As an ICF-qualified executive coach and experienced director, I bring a grounded, results-based approach. You bring the ambition and openness to look at what’s really important for you and how your mindset can adjust. Together, we turn that into better decisions, stronger leadership and tangible progress.
By working together, you can expect to feel:
This coaching is designed for you if one or more of these resonates:
If any of this feels familiar, you’re exactly the kind of leader I coach.
Sharpening your strategic priorities and decision-making
Moving from reactive firefighting to intentional leadership
Developing your team so more gets done without everything coming back to you.
Handling conflict, underperformance and difficult conversations constructively
Sustainable performance: protecting your energy, time and focus
Navigating organisational politics without losing yourself
Strengthen how you come across in the room: grounded, confident, not over-rehearsed. We work on pace, structure, clarity and how you handle silence or curveballs.
'At the end of the programme, I was delighted to achieve a significant internal promotion into the C-Suite that had seemed out of reach. Coaching brought out my capabilities, and I began believing in myself.'
CL, Programme Leader
'' was so impressed by the results of the coaching programme with Maureen.
I discovered how to build important relationships in the workplace. I feel more in control and a great deal more calm.'
SJ, Partnerships Manager
We discuss in a 30-minute call your role, context and objectives, and confirm whether we’re a good fit. Then, in our first session, we define what success looks like: clearer leadership behaviours, strategic progress, confidence shifts, stakeholder feedback, or specific milestones.
Regular Coaching Sessions
We periodically review progress against your goals, so you can see what’s changing — and, if relevant, evidence impact to your organisation.
Most senior leaders work with me over 3–6 months (e.g. 6–9 sessions). We’ll agree the right structure based on your needs, timescales and whether your organisation is funding the coaching.
Is this only for the C-suite?
No. I work with senior managers, heads, directors, board members and executives — anyone operating at a senior level or actively stepping into it.
Is coaching confidential?
Yes. Our conversations are confidential. If your organisation is funding the coaching, we agree in advance which high-level themes or progress updates (if any) are appropriate, with your consent.
Can my organisation pay?
Yes. I regularly work with HR, People and L&D teams to set up funded executive coaching. I can provide an outline of the approach and outcomes for sponsors.
What’s expected of me?
Honesty, curiosity and willingness to act. I’ll bring experience, structure and challenge; you bring your real context and commitment.
How soon will I see a difference?
Many coachees feel clearer and better supported even after the first 1–2 sessions. Deeper, sustained change typically builds over the full programme.
