    I have coached people in interview preparation, including mock interviews, one-on-one senior-level interviews, civil service interviews, industry panel interviews, and internal promotional interviews, across the private and public sectors. Interview techniques can vary, and I get th best for you by preparing you mentally and emotionally. Confidence is increased by feeling prepared.


    In 2 to 4 coaching sessions, you’ll build your story bank, sharpen your answers, and rehearse for a mock interview so you show up confident and credible across multi-stage panels, competency and values assessments, stakeholder interviews, and presentations.     Step 1 — Clarify what the panel is really hiring for
    We identify the “success profile” behind the job description: outcomes, leadership behaviours, stakeholders, pressures, and what success looks like in the first 90 days.


    Step 2 — Build your story bank and message
    We craft a strong opening pitch, your key themes, and a set of examples you can flex across competency/values questions. You’ll learn how to evidence impact clearly, without sounding rehearsed.


    Step 3 — Rehearse under pressure
    We run a mock interview (and presentation prep if needed), practise follow-ups, and tighten delivery so you sound calm, credible and specific.

    • 2–4 private 1:1 coaching sessions across 2–4 weeks (tailored to your timeline)
